What you'll do
- •Prepare substrates — grinding, shot-blasting, priming
- •Mix and apply epoxy, PU, and EPU coatings per spec sheets
- •Execute self-levelling, flake broadcast, and quartz systems
- •Document each coat with photos and thickness readings
- •Maintain tools and keep the site clean and safe
Good fit
Ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship. Prior painting or construction experience helps but isn’t required — we train from scratch.

What you'll do
- •Conduct site inspections and write condition reports
- •Design flooring systems based on environment and load requirements
- •Create project timelines, BOQs, and material schedules
- •Oversee on-site execution and quality checkpoints
- •Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and applicator crews
Good fit
Civil / mechanical engineering background preferred. Must be detail-oriented and comfortable on job sites.
Compensation
Market-rate salary + project bonuses + professional development budget.
What you'll do
- •Identify and reach out to facility managers, architects, and contractors
- •Conduct initial site visits and needs assessments
- •Prepare proposals, quotations, and system recommendations
- •Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline
- •Represent HOW at industry events and trade shows
Good fit
Construction or building-materials sales experience is a plus. We value hustle, honesty, and follow-through over fancy degrees.
Compensation
Base salary + uncapped commission + travel reimbursement.
What you'll do
- •Conduct moisture testing, surface hardness, and flatness surveys
- •Photograph and document existing floor conditions
- •Prepare detailed inspection reports with recommendations
- •Coordinate with project engineers on system selection
- •Perform post-completion quality audits
