1. Services
HOW Flooring provides industrial and commercial flooring services including epoxy flooring, PU flooring, EPU car parking systems, self-leveling flooring, ESD anti-static flooring, sports court flooring, and floor densification. All services are performed by certified applicators.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are provided after a free site inspection. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing is based on actual site conditions, area measurements, and system requirements as determined during inspection.
3. No Warranty
HOW Flooring does not provide any general warranty or guarantee on works performed. All services are provided on an "as is" basis, save only for specific remediation expressly agreed in writing in the project proposal. No warranty or guarantee, whether express or implied, is otherwise given, including in respect of damage from misuse, chemical exposure beyond system specifications, or structural issues.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Standard terms include an advance payment to commence work, with the balance due upon completion and handover. Exact terms are agreed before project commencement.
5. Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project before work commences. Once materials are procured and work begins, cancellation terms apply as specified in the project agreement.
6. Liability
HOW Flooring's liability is limited to the value of the project contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability does not extend to pre-existing structural issues or conditions not identified during inspection.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated directly.
